Do you ever find yourself having to buy someone a gift, but having no idea what to buy or where to go? If so, then look no further. It’s Welk’s General Store to the rescue!
Situated on the Southeast corner of Main & 19th, Welk’s has a super cool selection of household items, not just for gift giving, but also everyday shopping with a fun touch. Their Health & Beauty section carries unique brands, and many of the items are made by hand and use natural ingredients. Also, they have testers for pretty much everything, which makes that particular aisle a delightful experience. In the springtime, their selection of seeds and plants is second to none, and card racks are a mandatory stop for me. I always end up buying cards there, even if I don’t have any occasion or person in mind! Finally, the display of socks is just a hoot. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a fun pair of socks?
Whether your gift searching or just browsing, I’m positive that Welk’s will have something that will tickle your fancy. Be sure to give yourself time to go aisle by aisle in this store, you will not be disappointed.
