“Cineplexx Albania” is the largest cinema network in Tirana, with two cinemas located in two of the most known shopping centers in Tirana, “QTU” and “ TEG”! During the lockdown, the cinemas were closed but now they are open with a limited schedule and of course including antiCovid rules!
I used to go to Cineplexx every time there was a new movie but the lockdown forced us to watch more Netflix and make our own popcorn at home (which I should say isn’t as good as that at Cineplexx but at least it's way cheaper). :)
Cineplexx offers a good quality of sound and image as well as 3D technology. For their clients, Cineplexx offers some advantages, for example you can be part of their membership club, get the bonus card and gain points or for kids there is the option to be part of "family film club" to take advantage of discounts.
I also want to mention the price topic because it has always been a problem for me as a movie lover to go to Cineplexx every time there was a new movie. I should say that the prices are very high, at least for me and my friends, a ticket for a movie costs like $8 and popcorn $6! But hey, at least it is worth watching the movies in 4K - better than on my laptop! Also, I can't wait to go and watch "A quiet place 2" in May! Will you join me at Cineplexx? :)
