When was the last time you did something for the first time? I tried Indian food a few days ago at the only Indian restaurant in Tirana, and bearing in mind that the two Indian chefs at Chakra Jone can cook a variety of over 130 different dishes, I think I need to start going there every weekend to taste them all. And I'm afraid I will need a lot of weekends to do that.
My grandmother used to watch an Indian soap opera that was really annoying at first sight but after a few visits to her house at exactly the time it was being played on TV, it ended up making me curious about their cuisine. That's how it started!
Remember the 130 different dishes I mentioned before? It's a huge issue for an eternally indecisive soul like mine (joke). Luckily, the very kind waiter helped me and my squad make the most suitable choice for us. As we started exchanging flavors with each other to taste as many of them as possible, we embraced the whole Indian atmosphere at Chakra Jone while listening to distinctive Indian music.
P.S. Trust the waiter when he says that the sauce is too spicy!
