In the 11 years that I've lived in Tel Aviv, rent prices have more than doubled, not to mention that almost everything else has become much more expensive. That's why articles about some of the best happy hours in Tel Aviv are really popular. In a regular bar, you will pay around 35 shekels (€8) for 0.4 liter of a standard beer, so a happy hour seems like a good idea.
Dizzy Frishdon is on Dizengoff street. I never was a huge fan of Dizengoff bars - generic design and crowd. But surprisingly, the Dizzy is different, and also offers a great happy hour. 1+1 from 19:00 to 21:00 on drinks and food. That's the most generous happy hour on Dizengoff street and one of the best in Tel Aviv.
I usually go there around 20:00 with a friend. I order some drinks (Gin and tonic for 20 shekels and so on), sometimes something to eat - there aren't many choices that suit my Alcoleo diet, and then I'm ready to go on, stay, or walk to my house and fall asleep on my sofa with my clothes on.
They now also have Sunday wine day - all the wine you can drink for a fixed pay (for Israelis Sundays are the Mondays of everyone else).
