Kompressor is a legendary pancake house in Tallinn’s Old Town, known for its incredible selection of both savoury and sweet pancakes. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the portion sizes — you really get great value for your money here.

If you want to try more than one flavour, it’s best to share with friends.

The only downside is that Kompressor can get super busy, especially during peak hours, and there might be a bit of a wait. I recommend going right when they open at 11 a.m. to beat the crowd and enjoy a filling brunch without the wait.

For a hearty, budget-friendly meal in Tallinn, Kompressor is an absolute must!
