"Jah, Kallis" or literally translated as "Yes, Darling" is a really local restaurant, because it is situated far away from the centre of Tallinn. It is situated basically at the end of Nõmme district, so not many tourists, if any, reach the restaurant.
"Jah, Kallis" is a really great place, and popular among locals; the interior is something between industrial and homelike, and the designers have done a great job in my opinion. The restaurant itself specialises in European cuisine with Estonian notes, however they have a big sushi menu as well.
The dish that stood out for me when I visited the restaurant was poké---they have the best poké in the city in my opinion, it is really worth trying. I can't say that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited, but if you have some spare few hours and you enjoy atmospheric place with quality food and reasonable prices, "Jah, Kallis" is a great place to visit.
Fun fact about the name of the restaurant: there is no sexual separation in the word "kallis" (darling) in Estonian, similar to English, so everyone can basically interpret the name of the restaurant how they like.
