Pärlans Konfektyr is a small and tiny shop where you can buy homemade fudge and candy. Everything is made on site. This tiny, tiny store is not open every day, so you better check their homepage for details.
During the Swedish summer months, Pärlansk Konfektyr serves the best homemade soft ice in the world (at least that is what I think). They only have vanilla flavour, but the secret is in their toppings. They have made 10 different caramel sauces, and they are all flavoured with different flavours. I love the plain caramel sauce, the salty caramel and, of course, the salty liquorice (I am Swedish after all). To the caramel topping you can also add nuts, sprinkles or crushed liquorice, just to mention a few of them.
Pärlans Konfektyr is in the popular SOFO area of Stockholm close to Nytorget, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Don't forget to buy the regular fudge, the vanilla flavoured caramel fudge is soo tasty - a small box doesn't last me long. Enjoy!
