It took me a while to realize what the restaurant Bird was all about. I remember when looking at the menu for the very first time, I wanted to eat every item on there. It had all the things I love to eat on a Sunday afternoon, washing it down with a few breskies.
And I realized first when we had three starter items and said, "How funny we did order just chicken for the starters", and my friends said "Well, that is all that they have on the menu" So, Bird Restaurant Söder is a cozy and contemporary eatery serving just chicken dishes. Well, you can find one or two veggies and some Duck Fois Grois, but the rest is chicken. And if you love wings and spicy dishes, you have to come here.
I also like that they serve medium-sized dishes as it is fun to try a few ones simultaneously. The first time we took all the dishes on the menu and shared, it was great fun and so yummy. I like the wings very much as it has more of an Asian touch to the flavours and a bit of a bite too. And there are, of course, "regular" wings with hot sauce, blue cheese dip etc. The Korean fried sando is also a good choice if you need to limit yourself to a few.

Here I always struggle to choose between the Praguer and Schnitzel Feldkurat Katz. When it comes to beer, I go for Prímator or the Pilsner Urquell.
