About me
In 2010, love brought me to Munich. Since then I have learned and loved the German language and people alike.
I am a Montessori preschool teacher (by day), a mother of an Isar kid, a lover of nature and yet a big city girl. I ride my bicycle everywhere, practice yoga and love art. I grew up in Australia and spent most of my adulthood here in Munich.
When I travel, I LOVE just wandering a city, finding spontaneous places to eat and hang out. But that isn't restricted to travelling abroad, it also applies to my beloved Munich. Oh, and I like ice cream. A lot!
Why Munich
I love Munich for its biergartens, the Isar, its summer days and winter nights, how it is not too small but also not too big. I love how it is simple yet there are neverending places and secrets to discover. I love the freedom that comes with living here and the way the city makes me feel. At the end of the day, I mostly love Munich because it somehow gives me the feeling that I didn't choose Munich, but that deep down, Munich chose me!
