Wine and dine above the Old Bazaar
If you're visiting Skopje, you must have the Old Bazaar on your list, which means that when you're there, you'll be close to Bushi Resort and Spa and the restaurant that's part of it.
The restaurant is superb for several reasons: the staff is absolutely fantastic, the food is magnificent in every way, and the view from the restaurant is something that will stay with you forever and make you come back to Skopje again and again.
I'd start recommending things from the menu, if it wasn't for the fact that whatever you order - it won't be a mistake, because everything is carefully and masterfully prepared. Make sure you have a camera with you because after some time, you'll have to answer to yourself what was better: the food, or the view? And you probably won't have the answer right away, but it's a wonderful dilemma to have.
