Revel serves Korean fusion food made using French techniques. This is my go-to place for any occasion to get really good quality food. It is located in the South Lake Union neighborhood next to Amazon head quarter.
Their menu is pretty small and divided into 4 different major categories, which are rice bowls, noodle, pancakes and dumplings. They have meat and vegetarian options for all of them. Their vegetarian options keep changing every few months but I always like their vegetarian rice bowls the most. Due to the very unique and fusion menu they have, I don't think you could find similar food anywhere else, and that is the reason I always take my friends visiting Seattle to try this place for sure. Their Brunch menu is totally different, which is worth trying as well. They have Kimchi Bloody Mary cocktail during their brunch, which you will rarely see anywhere else, and yes it's very delicious.
