When translated Mala kuhinja means 'a small kitchen', and this restaurant really is small, but very cozy, warm, intimate and the food is sooo delicious. So yes, in my opinion it's the perfect place to have lunch or dinner with some nice music in the background, enjoying both the food and the surroundings.
The whole concept of the restaurant is modern and at your service. The two main chefs like to have a small chat with you, ask you about your preferences and suggest the best option for you. They would like you to forget about classic menu ordering and place your trust in them. The result is truly delicious fusion that will engage all your senses. I must recommend you try the soup made of fresh vegetables and for the main meal, the steak here is the best one I've tried. If you're a vegan, vegetarian or gluten intolerant, don't worry, they had you in mind too. The thing I have to mention is that if you find the portions too much for you to eat at once (and believe me they are big), you can ask to get it wrapped up for you. You should also make a reservation before coming and doing so by phone is the safest option.
I'll leave the rest of the details and impressions for you to discover, I'm sure you'll be as delighted as I was the first time I came here.
