Rica is not only a gluten-free place, it is also a tasting / sales / education center located in Verdija Street in the center of Rijeka, by the amazing building of The Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc.
This unique place will delight many healthy eating enthusiasts, especially those who, for health reasons, need an specially adapted diet without gluten. Rica Gluten free is place where you will be able to buy all kinds of bakery, pastry and frozen gluten-free products, tasting new products and eating various dishes to educate yourself. In Rica, they really know what they are doing when producing their food and it is not contaminated by gluten at all, so if you have any restrictions on gluten, feel free to enjoy this place without any fear. Everything taste so good, it's really hard to suggest you what to eat and drink ;).
Rica has an educational function as well in the form of various workshops, lectures and presentations where they host renowned authors and chefs.
