If you like good food, the new restaurant at the Hyatt Madrid Centric Gran Via hotel has the best option to try dishes created with distinctive Peruvian and Spanish elements. Especially its croquettes (I've tried them and I can recommend them with my eyes closed), steak tartar, anticuchos, and quinoa salads with corn -- I always look for healthy dishes and this is an excellent choice. The service is also spectacular. For me it is an oasis in this mythical street of Madrid.
Here you'll have the opportunity to not only have a culinary and sensual experience; the chic and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the local architecture and the Gran Vía views will envelop you. It is open from Monday to Sunday and it's perfect to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy its bar with its exquisite gin tonic that you'll never forget. It's a great place to invite friends or that special person that you want to surprise.
Their cocktails have very particular names that include everything from statues that are in El Retiro Park to a song by a well-known band of the '80s in Madrid. If you want to feel like a local, it's a place where you will learn a little more about the city.
The raw materials are from local suppliers, so they can guarantee the freshness of each ingredient in their recipes.
Spain is very famous for its food, so this is your next must!
