In simple words, Alex Cordobés is heaven for cheesecake lovers in Madrid. My recent visit was an unforgettable experience, marked by flavors that transcend the conventional. Alex Cordobés' cheesecake isn't just any dessert—it's a creamy and smooth masterpiece. With its buttery biscuit base perfectly complementing the fluid texture of the cheese, it elevates the dessert experience to a whole new level.
I opted for the classic version, priced at €32 for a medium cake serving between 6-8 portions, and was impressed by the quality. The delicacy of its texture, combined with the perfect balance of sweetness, easily explains why it's earned the title of the best cheesecake in the city. With plans to try the pistachio or white chocolate flavors next time, my taste buds are already anticipating a return to this corner of Madrid.
The dedication and passion that Alex Cordobés offers are evident in every bite, making each visit an opportunity to discover the art of this renowned cheesecake. Without a doubt, it has become a must-visit for every fan of this classic dessert. However, take note that just like many bakeries in Spain, there are no chairs or tables to sit in. Alex Cordobes is basically a takeaway bakery.
