Coral is a collective place that aggregates three names that used to be independent spots: Café Mortara + Valsa + ArtesanaLis Bottle Shop.
Café Mortara is a place to buy fresh handmade pasta; Valsa is an open space for performances, DJ sets, exhibitions, etc; and ArtesanaLis is a store dedicated to craft beer. Back in May 2021, following the first steps of recovery from the pandemic's economic effects, their owners decided to join forces and transform the three places into a single collective place: Coral Coletivo.
I have been a regular at Valsa since its creation and I have always admired the people behind it - two young women that invented and reinvented their business especially during a pandemic - and I really enjoy the fact that they are now along with other independent entrepreneurs giving life to another great project.
Today, Coral is a cultural and gastronomic curatorship that supports independent artists and creators. Their space is a very pleasant place with two different rooms and a terrace, where you will find the best of these worlds: sourdough pizza, fresh pasta, music, art and craft beer.
Their monthly events are always announced on their Instagram! Check it out :)
