Kraków is big on speciality coffee shops and it really takes something special to stand out from the crowd. Bartek, the guy behind Pop Up Coffee Shop, has gained experience in different cafes around the city and finally decided to start his own place – with great success!
Just a short walk from the Main Square, Pop Up has an amazing local vibe. You can always find some regulars there, and even if the weather is not too appealing, the interior is sure to cheer you up. The combination of pink, yellow, and green always puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
Oh, and don’t forget about the food! Be sure to check out the daily offer on Instagram Stories. Bartek always prepares something delicious based on what’s in season. Pro tip: it’s better to come early, these goodies sell out fast! Oh, and pro-tip number two: ask if they can prepare Almdudler espresso for you. This creative take on espresso tonic-style drink is likely to become one of the best memories from your visit in Kraków.
