Dough Man's Land is the very first mobile pizza in Glasgow. This is my favorite pizza in town and what makes this spot so special is that pizza is made and served in a converted horsebox by Kelvingrove Park. Their distinctive wood-fired pizza smell is what guided me towards this cute little horsebox the first time and it was love at first sight, or should I say bite?
Not so sure what their secret recipe is but their pizza is super light and delicious that I always have to stop myself from ordering two in one go. They use fresh and local ingredients so their menu is ever-changing according to the season.
There's something about eating pizza outdoors that no pizza restaurants can beat, they are located by a little square where there are plenty of benches to sit on while you wait on your pizza order. One of my favorite things to do at the weekend is to grab a picnic blanket, order my pizza and enjoy it by Kelvingrove Park which is less than 100 meters away.
Make sure to check their Instagram page before popping in for a visit to check the pizza menu of the day and their opening times.
P.S. Make sure you pop by around lunchtime as they are very popular at the weekend and they do sell out fast!
