I was first introduced to The Pastry Section when my friend brought me a box of some of their brownies to try. She prefaced by saying they were the best brownies she’d ever tasted so it’s safe to say that I was very excited to give them a try. They were wonderful. Not only were they extremely chocolatey with melt in the mouth texture but they also came in a variety of unusual flavour combinations.
Ever since then, I knew I had to come visit their café in person. Located on Stockbridge high street this is a small and cosy café. Every day they have a plethora of baked goodies to choose from as well as hot drinks.
As the store is pretty small, it can fill up easily, but you can always take away a coffee and cake to bring home with you. If brownies aren’t your thing you can try another one of their delectable goodies from cheesecake, to sponge cakes to biscuits there is something here to suit everyone’s sweet tooth.
