NOR: is a true oasis in the middle of the buzzing city. In this industrial space with decor in natural materials, you're invited to breathe a little deeper when stepping through the doors.
On the schedule, you'll find several types of yoga as well as a variety of events for nurturing body and mind. A drop-in yoga class will cost you 129 DKK, but if you're in town for longer, you might opt to get a 7-day pass of unlimited classes for 279 DKK.
For a deeply relaxing experience, I suggest signing up for an aerial gong & sound bath, but you can dive into other options or even book a private session with one of the body workers in the house. The practitioners for private sessions are listed on the website - choosing between all the amazing offerings might be a challenge!
As an added bonus to your movement practice, you'll have a view of the spectacular blue dome of the Imam Ali Mosque, which is located on the next street over. In the café, you can get a ginger shot for 19 DKK and a piece of vegan cake for 25 DKK. There are also sandwiches, juice, hot drinks, and soft furniture to relax into while you wait for your class to start or before heading back to the outside world.
