I discovered this yoga place completely by accident because it is completely noncommercial and only for locals. The places is run by a man and his wife (Russian speaking) that do yoga lessons every day of the week except Sunday. The exact schedule can be found on the cover photo of their Facebook page. Usually, I go on Tuesday and Thursday at 17:00.
The venue is very relaxing and at 17:00 it isn't crowded usually (3-4 people). The music and ambiance are perfect for relaxing in the sometimes overwhelming Moldovan capital. It is a great place to escape for 1-2 hours and get recharged.
Igor, the Yogi, speaks Romanian and a little bit of English. He is very helpful and friendly. He is there to help even if you are an absolute novice at this. I came to my first yoga lesson in Jeans and nobody even cared. It is great if you have your own mat, but you can take one for free and use it for the class. The price is very reasonable. You will be getting a lot of value for your money! Enjoy!
