I discovered this place by mistake while checking the park on Google Maps. This location does not have any infrastructure and not even a good road leading to it. Even so, it makes for an excellent hike trail if you start at Valea Morilor Park and walk uphill. It is possible to get to this point by car, and in order to do this, you should aim for the closest street (strada Pietrarilor).
Summer is the ideal time to visit this location. The sunsets are lovely and the area is beautiful. There are not too many people that know of the place, so it is quite secluded. Even so, there were some motorcycle riders in the area. I am not a big fan of mountain biking, but if you are, this could also be an extreme bike trail. Overall, it is a nice place for adventurous people.
