The house which hosts 'Simbio' is very old and has an interesting story (how else could it be?).
Restoration of the place started in Spring 2014. The place is fully functional and offers two floors (non-smoking). I prefer the underground floor. Each has a separate entrance. At ground level, there is also a show-kitchen, which is nice for some of us, including me.
I was first invited to Simbio by a very dear friend of mine, Ioana, who was involved as an architect in the restoration of the centenary house. We went for lunch on a sunny Sunday. I had 'Burger One' and it was good. I ate it all even though I wasn't hungry. I like and recommend the place for atmosphere, location and food. I'm looking forward to the terrace and I shall write about it as soon as possible.
