In my opinion, the best thing you can find in the city is a place where you can quietly enjoy talking to your friends with a beer in your hand. I have written that a couple of times here, so if you've read some of my stuff, you will know that already.
Passengers Bar is in the centre of the inner centre, but most people don't even know it exists. If you ever come to Belgrade, you will surely look up Studentski Park which is on the way to the Kalemegdan, the most famous location in Belgrade.
Behind the big buildings you see when you enter the park (a house to some faculties), you have a little street called Simina where the Passengers bar is located. It has a narrow entrance - you can see it on the left part of the picture, under the sign. And when you go through, you can choose where you want to sit: in the garden, in the summer house, or inside the bar.
On the second floor of the bar, there is a little terrace with one table, so check if it's free; it's really a cool spot to have your lunch. Oh, did I say lunch? Yes! Besides the cold drinks, if you're hungry, you can get some delicious food. I recommend the chicken sticks in combination with some craft Serbian beer.
Passengers Bar is where you can rest peacefully from wandering around the centre or have a quick lunch pause - up to you.
