This place is not what you’d call a typical 'spot'. Rather, it's a journey, an experience and an adventure in time and space all at once. You hop onto this 'train' of imagination, spontaneous human stories and fables wrapped up in humor, emotion, surprise, and excitement. And don't we all love stories, those little universes that unfold naturally, in which we play our part or the observer? They're stories we use to make sense of our own truths. That is at least how I experienced visiting the improv theater Swaajp.
It was founded in 2014 by 2 friends and colleagues and organises monthly or bi-monthly English shows that are just a treat to watch. Take a look at their website as they frequently organize workshops and classes as well.
If you're the kind of person that likes to watch a trailer or needs to read the introductory summary of a book before making the decision, then I’m afraid I'll have to disappoint you. The actors themselves have no idea what they will encounter along the way and how the stories will unfold. Are you ready to embark on an adventure?
