Who doesn't love good sourdough bread, especially after the Covid19 pandemic made everyone obsessed with baking their own? Nives takes this obsession to a new level, as they do not only offer homemade bread but also pastries, like croissants or pain au chocolats from sourdough. In my opinion, these products are reason enough to visit this place, but if you're not convinced yet, they also have other lovely breakfast and lunch options, like focaccias with different topics and rotating soups of the day.
What I love most about this cafe, is that the kitchen is completely exposed to the public and you can see the bakers preparing their bread and pastries with a lot of love and craftsmanship. There is something very serene about watching other people cook, and with the rest of the peaceful atmosphere (many plants and light wooden furniture) I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit to Nives as well.
