Wooow, so coffee has become part of my weekend routine, and I have just discovered (thanks to a close friend of mine) a new hidden gem in Amsterdam called Pantopia, which launched in the summer of 2024. Pantopia is a next-level spot that serves amazing pastries (savory and sweet). It feels like walking into a pastry gallery. All the pastries are so pretty, I want to try all of them.
My personal favorite is the signature pastry “Chignon,” which is like a cruffin with berries filled with delicious cream. My other favorite is the croissant with pistachio cream (yummy!).
If you’re visiting the Rijks Museum, or Van Gogh museum it’s the perfect spot to recharge and grab a bite. Keep in mind that it may be quite busy, but you can take your purchases away.
